Windows 10: Error code 0x80070002 while trying to install updates.

So I'm trying to install updates as I want to get my system updated to version 1903, but I keep on getting this error on one of my updates. This is what it says, 2019-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4503286) -Error 0x80070002. I have searched on the internet for fixes but none of them work. Some of the stuff I have tried is changing the registry, changing my time, running the windows updater troubleshooter and restarting my computer about 8 times. Still no hope. I've also changed my active update hours but still nothing. This wouldn't be such an issue for me but as my current version of windows 10 (1803) is losing support in the next couple of days I need to get my machine upgraded asap. Any help available?

Can't open Windows Sandbox Error 0x80070002


Microsoft has acknowledged this issue now:

Windows Sandbox may fail to start with error code “0x80070002”Windows Sandbox may fail to start with "ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND (0x80070002)" on devices in which the operating system language is changed during the update process when installing Windows 10, version 1903.


Affected platforms:

• Client: Windows 10, version 1903

Next steps: We are working on a resolution and estimate a solution will be available in late June.

Windows Sandbox seems fragile on 1903 for a bunch of reasons; mine won't start with a different error code.

Feedback Hub reports for "Windows Sandbox won't start" mention about 25 different error codes experienced.
