Windows 10: Error code 0x80070003 - Can't Update to Windows 10 version 1903

Hello everyone,


I have been trying to update my Windows for a while now, every time I get the Error code 0x80070003.


I have tried the following:


1. DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

2. sfc /scannow

3. Update Reset tool to reset update components.


After doing all this I still have the same error msg.


I have even tried to install it manually through the media creation tool and offline installation. It failed again.


I feel like the only option is to completely reset the PC. But I am not ready to that, if there is any other option to fix this issue, it will be appreciated.

Windows 10 feature update to version 1903 fails with error code 0x80070003 after numerous attempts. I have followed Microsoft's own guide to fix Windows update problems to no avail (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/10164/fix-windows-update-errors).
Please help me, I would be very thankful.
