Windows 10: Error code 0x80070005 after attempting upgrade to windows 10 pro

I was upgrading to windows 10 pro from windows 10. I had previously upgraded from windows 7. I attempted to download the upgrade and got a notification it had failed with Error Code 0x80070005. Trying to determine where I go next on this to get it completed correctly.

Trying to download windows 10 to a media device (USB) for installation on another PC and keep getting this error. Am wondering if I should be following the steps suggested for error code: 0x80070005-0xA0019 ?
