Windows 10: Error code 0x80070005 when installing Windows Store Apps

Hello, MS community! I am completely confused. I can no longer install ANY apps from Windows Store. Nor does some of the apps even startup. Groove Music, Photos won't open. I've tried some solutions from You Tube using CMD, Powershell, etc. , nothing has worked. Reset WS, tried uninstalling WS and individual apps, without any success. Short of doing a Win 10 reset, can anyone help/guide me in the right direction? Thanks.
