Windows 10: Error code: 0x80070005

I want to update a driver for my graphics card to play video games but it says I don't have the storage space. I want to change my storage space from a full hard drive to one that has plenty of space. I have been able to change the documents, music, photos and videos, movies and tv shows, and offline maps to the new hard drive but not new apps. When I do try and change it I get the error code above saying that it could not complete and try again later.

Trying to download windows 10 to a media device (USB) for installation on another PC and keep getting this error. Am wondering if I should be following the steps suggested for error code: 0x80070005-0xA0019 ?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
