Windows 10: Error code 0x80070005

I'm trying to install Windows Terminal on my pc. It says I own the app and it installs, but at the end it just says "Error" and when I click see details it shows me the error code 0x80070005. Can someone help? Thanks! Also please note that I am not an administrator on this pc, so solutions that don't require administrator privileges would be greatly appreciated. But if it needs administrator, oh well, I'll try.

Trying to download windows 10 to a media device (USB) for installation on another PC and keep getting this error. Am wondering if I should be following the steps suggested for error code: 0x80070005-0xA0019 ?
