Windows 10: Error code 0x8007000D - 0x90002 after downloading ISO File of Windows 10

I have downloaded an ISO file of Windows 10, the download completed 100% but at the processing it showed me the error code 0x8007000D - 0x90002, and also there is no ISO file in my computer which I have downloaded, Yes I have also changed my network during the download because I am using limited data maybe the error is due to that changing of network. Please tell me how to fix it. Thanks!

If you receive Windows Update error 0x8007000d, it means that a file needed by Windows Update is damaged or missing. Try one of these methods to resolve the problem.

Method 1: I suggest you to first run Windows update troubleshooter and check if it helps you fix the issue.

  In the search tab type Troubleshooting and hit enter.
  
• 
  Select System and security.
  
• 
  Click Windows update troubleshooter and follow the onscreen instructions.
  

Method 2: Try the following steps to run
DISM scan to check and restore system file corruption:

• 
  Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.
  
• 
  In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

I am already on Windows 10 and have been having some problem, not sure what it is but could be a virus possibly. I overall just wanted to reset my PC and start fresh to remove a lot of clutter.

I downloaded the Media Creation Tool to reset Windows 10 completely and I get the error code: 0x8007000D - 0x90002. I also tried doing the factory reset thing in the settings, I clicked "get started" and nothing would open.

I have tried many things already to fix this error and just want more suggestions on what to do or any way to reset my PC. Any help would be awesome. Thanks!
