Windows 10: Error code: 0x80070091

I have an external hard drive in which i keep my files and stuff. Recently i emptied a folder and copied its content to another drive but when i tried to delete the folder error code 0x80070091 is displayed. It started with one folder but now there a five folders with the exact same problem. Contents which were in the folder are not corrupted and are working fine but the empty folders are just impossible to remove. I tried changing name(successful) look for security issue(not any) but still it wont delete.
