Windows 10: Error code: 0x80070422 HELP!

I cannot download games from the Microsoft store and keep getting this error

I've tried resetting the cache and setting things to automatic in Services.msc

windows 10 update error code 0x80070422

I am having the same issue with win 10. I have done all these steps and am still getting error code0x80070422) when I check for updates and using the store.

When I tried to run net start wuauserv I get error 1058 as well.

Any help not mentioned above would be appreciated.
