Windows 10: Error code 0x8007045d while installing Windows

Hey everyone.

I have this small problem. Every time I try to install windows from USB I get 0x8007045d error message. Can someone tell me how to fix it? Thank you

@Ztruker yes i followed all the steps to the letter. i had gotten to step 15 (the installation of windows) where i had gotten error code 0x8007045D (the same error code as before) specifically it appears around 25-40% of the "getting files ready for installation" stage

I just starting getting the following: error code: 0x8007045D when I try and move a folder from one drive to another.

I can only find 3rd party programs that claim they work but they all come from sites I've never heard of before or are answers from years ago.

Anyone have any suggestions?
