Windows 10: Error Code 0x8007045d

I receive this error code when copying from an SD card to an external SSD drive. I've run fix errors twice but it hasn't taken care of it. What should I do now?

@Ztruker yes i followed all the steps to the letter. i had gotten to step 15 (the installation of windows) where i had gotten error code 0x8007045D (the same error code as before) specifically it appears around 25-40% of the "getting files ready for installation" stage

I just starting getting the following: error code: 0x8007045D when I try and move a folder from one drive to another.

I can only find 3rd party programs that claim they work but they all come from sites I've never heard of before or are answers from years ago.

Anyone have any suggestions?
