Windows 10: error code 0x80072f8f - 0x20000

Windows 10 update I am trying to download Windows 10 device tool everytime I try the following message appears error code 0x80072f8f - 0x20000 I have tried various methods but nothing has worked can someone give me some useful information so that this can be resolved I have a HP laptop and the operating system is currently Windows 8 I just recently rebooted my laptop and lost all my files

Error code 0x80072F8F-0x20000 with message "Windows 7 (unregistered)

One of the computers I upgraded to Win 10 from Win 7 had been running OK for a month or more.

This week when I turned it on it came up in Win 7 (unregistered)

Got the reg OK but when I go to try win 10 again I get the error code 0x80072F8F-0x20000

What happened? Can I get back to Win 10 without buying it?

 

Cannot install updates or Store apps, error code 0x80072F8F

All this looks alright, except the SFC /SCANNOW command returned a note about there being some corrupt files - I have the log saved if (part of?) it would be useful?

 

Keep getting error message 0x80072F8F - 0x20000 while upgrading to Windows 10.

I am trying to upgrade to Win!0.

Tried to run Getwindows10sds....exe and keep getting error message 0x80072F8F - 0x20000.

I have legal copy with SP1 installed and the 2 file numbers recommended. Any help please.
