Windows 10: Error Code 0x80073CFE

Hi everyone I've been having this error code pop up and I was hoping someone would know how to fix it. Around 3 months ago my power went out during a windows update and ever since them I am no longer able to update or download things from the Microsoft store. The only message that popup up was Error code 0x80073CFE. I first went to Microsoft but the wait time for tech support was 2 hours + which I understand given the circumstances. I tried every options I could think of, I tried to repair the drive but that didn't work because it could detect the error but "couldn't fix it" after that I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Microsoft store but that didn't work either. Wsreset, DISM,Cleanup-Restore health, I even tried to reinstall windows but it didn't let me I have an non-activated account, none of them work. I'm out of Ideas and due to the virus I don't want to go to the store in person.

Yes, I have created a new local admin account. I get the same error code (0x80073CFE) in "Store" when trying to update apps on the new account.

 

How do I fix the WIndows 10 0x80073CFE or 10x80073CF9 error?
