Windows 10: Error code 0x80073d23

I installed a DVD player from Microsoft page and now I am unable to uninstall it.



Also right after I installed this DVD player I cannot access any of my files, photos, etc. The storage is not empty on my PC, so all my files, etc must still be there. My PC is telling me I am sighing in under a temporary name. I don't have any viruses. Have I been hacked?

I am having problems with my windows apps. None of them work. Everything from Netflix to calculator. I have tried to uninstall them but all I get is an error message with this reference number below. Is anyone familiar with this and how do I fix it?

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.

I appreciate the efforts taken by you in resolving this issue. I understand that you are unable to open apps on your computer. However, it would be great if you can help us with the details request below:

• When do you get the error message?
  
• Does this issue occur only with Windows apps?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  

If the issue occurs only with Windows apps, I would suggest you to refer the steps mentioned in the article

Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store and see if that helps.



You may also want to try re-registering the apps using PowerShell and check. Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows Logo key + X, and select
   Windows PowerShell (Admin).
   
2. Paste the following command and press Enter:
   Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
   
3. Once the process is complete, restart the computer and check.
