Windows 10: Error Code 0x80090016

I get the error code on my Windows 10 account to attach my Outlook to my laptop email app. The same issue pops up when I try making purchases using the Microsoft Pay, especially when I play games on my apps, such as the ones by Gameloft.


I tried sfc scan, and it located some corrupted files and repaired them but it did not do the trick.


I tried resetting back to a previous setting before an update, and the reset failed.


Help!

Ibtry to type in my code and then says that something went wrong (0x80090016) i cant even get passed sign in page... Tryed f8 and f11 and nothing..

• Sign in to your account while in Safe Mode and see if you're able to log in using your PIN.
• Restart your computer to return to a normal boot.
