Windows 10: Error Code 0x80190001

I recently had to reinstall Windows 10 on my laptop. Shortly thereafter I started getting these messages that there's a problem with my Microsoft account. When I go into Settings / Shared Experiences / Accounts and click on the button that says, "Fix It Now", I always get a message saying Microsoft encountered a problem, with an error code of 0x80190001. I cancel it and the same message appears two more times before it finally lets me out. Can someone please tell me what's going on and what I can do about it? Anything you can send my way is greatly appreciated.

Can't login in to apps, store, xbox, error code 0x80190001

I can open the apps fine, when I try to login the window with the error code pops up instead of the one to enter my username and pass.

I click the button circled in red.

I found this ... but I don't know what it means.
