Windows 10: Error Code: 0x803FB005 on download from Windows Store

I recently re-installed Windows 10 and in the process of re-installing my apps I hit Error Code: 0x803FB005 when trying to download Cribbage Classic, a game which I had successfully installed in the past.
Tried all of the published "fixes" I could find, all to no avail.
Got no help at all from the various Windows "support"sites.

Just what does this error code mean, and how does one get around it?

This situation has arisen in the past but seems to disappear as suddenly as it appears.

Hello

Brand new HP OMEN PC (15-DC1018CA). Everything works like a marvel... Excep the store. I want to download some apps and stuff from the store but everything gives me the error 0x803FB005. This is a brand new PC. I've tryied the WSRESTORE commande, the Reset
button in the control pannel (and to say, the text is messed up), tryied also the powershell command. There is nothing to do, all download returns the error 0x803FB005.

I've found numerous post via Google but none of the solution helped. My store won't download things and there's nowhere else to download what I need.

Help.
