Windows 10: Error code: 0xA00F4244 on Kinect v2

I'm having issues with my Kinect Camera on my windows 10 PC. It turns on and then shuts off with the error code 0xA00F4244 and then back on. I can remove the USB connection and plug it back in and then it works for a moment and shuts down again. I updated the drivers for it but still nothing. This is my main camera for zoom meetings and i'd like to keep using it.

I am also getting an error code 0xA00F4244 and the suggestions do not help, I have no camera listed under device manager under sound, video, and game controllers anymore. Videochat via facebook no longer work and either does the Camera app. I have an MSI
GE272 2QD apache Pro on windows 10 home, version 1709. Please address this problem. Thanks.
