    error code 0xA00F4293..... Camera app not working on video


    the camera app on my laptop has stopped working on video which in lockdown is a pain. Photo still works. Seemed to have worked through loads of solutions but none work.. HELP


    Have tried updating drivers; uninstalling and installing, but nothing works

    I tried to take a video and received this error code 0xA00F4293<VideoCaptureStartTimeout>

    Hi ItsMelissaT,

    Sorry to hear that your camera is not working but I'll be happy to help!

    First thing first, may I know if you are receiving an error code or an message when opening the Camera App from the list of Apps? Might as well open Microsoft Store and see if the Camera App needs an update.

    I'll be waiting for your response about the error code if there is so I can alight the next steps to have this issue resolved.
