Windows 10: Error code 0xc000000e

BSOD & error code 0xc000000e on my PC running win10.

I decided to factory reset after running out of space on my SSDs and after a week or two i start getting this BSOD on boot. I was running win10 before i reset it and no hardware's changed since wiping the system.


Pressing enter or f8 "refreshes" the BSOD changing the message from "A required device isnt connected or can't be accessed." To "the application or operating system couldn't be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors." Under that it shows the effected file (\Windows\system32\winload.exe)


I was able to boot to my C: drive using the boot menu in my BIOS but after doing that 3 or 4 times it stopped working & I was met with the same blue screen & error code(s).


I've tried nearly every solution online at this point (other than factory reset) with no success. Changing SATA modes in the BIOS, booting to a win10 install device/using start up repair, entered nearly every command relating to the boot sequence (in the command prompt under adavanced options) going back to system restore points, etc.


Really at a loss rn any suggestions are much appreciated, thanks.
