Windows 10: Error code 0xc0000017

I got this error code while booting my pc today and have not been able to fix the issue. I have tried to identify the problem by locating the bad memory using bdcedit /enum all and when I identify the bad memory and use the bcdedit /deletevalue {badmemory} badmemorylist I receive an error of an error occurred while attempting to delete the specified data element. Element not found but looking at the list there is 1 listed error so I am not sure why this won't work. Before you ask I have done all the other troubleshooting of startup repair and I get the your pc could not be repaired. What do I do?
