Windows 10: Error Code 0xc00000e9 on Laptop

Hey, last night I was trying to reset my Windows 10 since before it was having problems, such as 'Disk Read Error Occured', so when I had reset Windows and the computer restarted, suddenly the error code 0xc00000e9 started showing up and I really have no idea what to do right now since most of the fixes seems to be more for PCs or when you're logged in to go to Safe Mode, but I really can't log in, because the error code is always there.
