Windows 10: error code 0xc0000102

so I opened the defragment disk but my local disk c was not detected there so I tried to open the device manager after that the pop up that read error code 0xc0000102 appeared. so please help me to fix this error without resetting my computer. *this is happen after im updating my windows

• Are your drivers up-to-date? If not yet, you can follow the steps found on this
  link on how to update your drivers in Windows 10.
  
• From where are you exactly receiving the error code? What are you specifically doing when you were prompted by this error code?
  
• Are you only receiving the error code and no any other message? If not, can you please provide the whole error message you're being prompted?
