Windows 10: Error code 0xc0000185 file: windows\system32\config\system help

Hey so today I got to my computer and saw it loading and saw a USB stick that now I found out had windows 10 media installer on it and I shut the laptop off and unplugged the USB and now i have the error code, i cant access safe mode the USB wont work, f8 resets the laptop but it goes right back to bsod and f1 does nothing and enter does nothing and esc brings me to another screen,


Do I need to back everything up and wipe it or can I somehow restore the HP laptop back to when it worked?

Error code 0xc0000185 can be caused by damaged or corrupted startup files or errors on the hard disk. Did the issue happen while updating your Windows 10 device?

Pressing Enter will instruct Windows to automatically fix the boot problem. Should the issue continue, you can use a Windows 10 installation media as stated in your screenshot. You can create one using the
Media Creation Tool installed on a different machine.
