Windows 10: Error code:0xc0000185

I have a laptop served for more than a year. I have been getting an error code at startup that prevents me from getting into Windows.

It was when I shut down my computer and a process was preventing me from doing it, but I left it alone, and the computer was forced shut down automatically. It can't be a hardware problem. It is error Code:0xc0000185. (without BSOD) I know that this has to do with the GUID(MBR) or boot config at startup. However, I don't seem to be able to find any answer for this. I have tried re-installed my computer for many times, using PE tool to rewrite the GUID but it was in vain, I'm still facing the same problem. SSD and HDD can be found in BIOS. How can I set this back to factory setting and get rid of this error?

There was a time I re-installed my PC it shows config problems. Another time I install system in HDD and see if it works but it stuck at the boot phase for 20s and reboot automatically. I have tried install Linux it shows 'couldn't get UEFI db list' on display.
