Windows 10: Error code 0xc000021a tried every method I've been able to find

I got hit with the blue screen of death on my 5-month-old pc today. I've tried every possible method I've found on the internet. Dism, SFC, chkdsk and tried safe mode. For safe mode, I got put into a loop of "automatically fixing my computer". I've tried almost every option that helps with my issue on the startup settings menu. None of these methods worked, I tried a system restore and apparently I don't have a restore point to restore to. I eventually gave up and tried to factory reset to find out I required space to reset my entire pc. I'm honestly out of options and this PC really means a lot to me. I've tried asking Microsoft tech support and they told me to install a winRE that I thought I already had on my PC. I can't find the install anywhere if I don't have it on my PC.
