Windows 10: error code 0xc000185 and 0xc000000f

So I recently started having problems with my pc...

Whenever I try to boot it up I get this message:

F1 doesn't work It just loads on my monitor to return to the recovery screen.

F8 doesn't do anything

I haven't been successful fixing it using the Firmware Settings

When I click enter, the screen changes to this:

All the options act exactly the same as before, and I'm not sure what to do.

I've researched it a bit online and to my knowledge, I need the USB from which I originally downloaded Windows 10,

but I don't have the USB anymore. No YouTube videos have worked for me so far.

I can't figure out what to do, and would be extremely willing to just completely reset my pc, but I can't do that either.

Please help! If you need more information, please let me know.

Is there anyway to fix an error code 0xc000000f and keep my information please tell me by step by step.

Solve the error Code: 0xc000000f

Upon re set the PC and re install the windows 10 it has appears on the screen as failure of installation as the error Code: 0xc000000f.

Pl. give suggestions to help for re install the OS
