Windows 10: error code 0xc1420121 when trying to update windows

    keeps giving me this error whenever I try to update windows, I've tried renaming the software distribution folder and the catroot 2 folder but that did nothing, also tried clean booting but that also did nothing

    I just want this one simple question answered because I can't find it in any Internet searches.

    What is Windows 10 Update Error Code 0xc1420121?

    Maybe if I knew I could finally upgrade my machine from Insider build 18908.

    Please don't respond with "try these ten thousand items". They don't work.

    Just tell me what Error Code 0xc1420121 means! Something must be causing it and if I knew I might be able to rectify it.

    If looking at my log file helps I can supply it.

    As the the title said, I am having problems with the 1903 update. support has said wait till the update appears in Windows Update. Still has the 0xc1420121 error.
