Windows 10: Error code 10 on wacom device

I recently had an error code 10 on one of the drivers called "Wacom Device", on my Lenovo Yoga 720. I also believe this has something to do with my touchscreen feature to be unusable.... Is there any fixes to this?

CODE 10 - Wacom driver update

shows error in device manager for Wacom device then I try to update the driver but while install a message popup says" code 10 error, device cannot start'' and my touch screen not working in Lenovo yoga 520.

any suggestion?

Please answer these questions to assist you better.

• Do you get same error codes in the Device manager too?
• Does this issue occurs in other hardware components like keyboard and mouse?
• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Do you get same error when you connect your extenal hard drive to a different computer running Windows 10?

Radio Switch Device Error Code 19

The error code 19 describes that, Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged.

Recommended resolution

• Uninstall and reinstall the driver.
• Revert to the most recent successful registry configuration.
