Windows 10: Error code 20

I am trying to install an application called world painter for Minecraft but every time I go to install it I get an error code---


error code:20 log:C:\Users\Ryan\AppData\Local\Temp\i4j_nlog_20.log


I really dont know what is going on and I just really dont know what to do. I contacted Geek Squad--Microsoft Support and they didn't have a fix for it. Anything helps

What will happen on Jan 20, 2016?


Strollin: I understand your suggestion, but that means I'll have to re-install all my sofftware etc. again. This is not an enticing thought at all.

LCDR: I tried the old activation code I used before - it is the same on you posted.

I tried the steps listed at the WinAero site. Last one failed because it said the server could not be located. But I did get the Jan 20, 2016 date back. So that's something.

 

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.
