Windows 10: Error Code 2147500037

I have Windows 10 and I upgraded my Roxio Creator to the newest version, Roxio Creator NXT 7, but I still get the error code 2147500037. What can I do to resolve this problem? Thank you.

we would suggest that you try to set Internet Explorer as your default browser temporarily
and see if it works.

If the issue persists, you may also try running the Homegroup troubleshooter for further troubleshooting. Kindly refer to the steps below:

• Go to Control Panel.
• Type Troubleshooting in the search bar on the Control Panel.
• Click on View all on the left navigation pane. Click on
  Home group.
• Click on Advanced on the Home group troubleshooter dialog box and click on
  Run as administrator (Enter the credentials if required).
• Click on Next and follow onscreen instruction complete the Home group troubleshooter.

Unable to print after creating a Homegroup. Error code 2147500037

After creating a home group I tried to print the password and instructions as suggested but it would not print. I got the error code 2147500037. Can anyone help please?
