Windows 10: error code 5 when trying to install Aomei backupper pro trial

Hi,this is actually kind of a long explanation,it started when I downloaded comodo browser,I saw it loaded an antivirus on my system , but I already have one , so after alot of trouble I manage to uninstall comodo browser ,But then I noticed cloud comodo antivirus still running,so get that uninstalled finally , but the folder is still in program files 86 I go to delete the file ,and it wont delete , In desperation I try avg shredder , and instead of deleting my comodo folder , It deletes 5 other folders in program files x 86 ,I think they werw windows programs ,but refuses to delete comodo after alot of headaches , I took the folder , and put it on my desktop, and it deleted there. I go to try brave , and its broken , i reinstall ,and get that working again , but then I try aomei , to restore my system with a backup I made , and it's broken to . When I try to reinstall aomei I get this error

An error occured while trying to replace the existing file , Delete failed; code 5 Acess is denied. Click retry to try again, ignore to skip this file Not recommended , or abort to cancel installation

I tried everything, ive been up13 hours trying to fix it. system restores dont work,inplace refresh didnt work,did a registry scan ,it found problems , but fixed some errors. oh , and right when this all started happening , There was maleware trying to update,I quarentined it with malware bytes. Im not sure if it is the malware , or me deleteing the files that did it. Please , if you can help me figure this out I would be greatfull. The compter is from amazon its refurbished I think . I bought it at christmas, its an acer e-15 - e5-576-3925 , I have a 250g ssd , and a 1 tera byte hdd, os is n the ssd . I tried alot more than just what I put here. PLEASE HELP!

I've been using Macrium Reflect Free. Does the AOMEI software have any advantages over Reflect and does it install any low level disk drivers since I had a bad experience with Acronis software?
