    error code -5001: 0x80070002


    New at this---Let me start over please. After windows 10 loads up, on my desk top is a large white box and inside it states that there is an Error Code -5001:0x0070002 It also states this has something to do with Realtek Semi Conductor. I can't get rid of this box and I am not sure if it is causing any problems. Any one know what to do or handle this problem? Thanks
