    Hello,

    I am having problem with Sticky Notes, Outlook, Mail, Microsoft Store - All seem to give me an error saying Account Error - There is something wrong with my account - with the FIX Me button - I click on the button to fix but gives me envaribly "Something went wrong" with either of the two error codes above. Any ideas

    I have been trying to download apps and every time I get error code 80860010 or asked to verify different email from my email address,NB the verification code is sent to the account I can't access

    I have a Nokia Lumia 630 and everytime I try to download an app it tells me that it was unable to download the app and that error code 80860010 might help me...what the **** is this and how on earth do i get it to let me download apps???

    Every time I try to update or install free games I get this error code 80860010. It has also asked to setup a new email account but I can't delete the old account email for my phone (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)
