    Error Code: INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND


    How to resolve this Windows 10 IE11 error...Error Code: INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND... I have reset my router, checked and rechecked my TCPIP and wifi settings, reset the network, flushed DNS, have tried every suggestion I can find...enabled, disabled, enabled again TSL 1.0, etc have reached wits end. The error occurs on other computers and four different browsers. The destination is a bank login page, the bank IT techs claim all is working on their end. It is a bank in brazil, I am located in the US.

    The link has worked in the recent past. The bank web site has crazy security but we have not run into this problem before. The primary computer is only used to access this bank account, no internet browsing, nothing...just the bank because of the crazy bank requirements....
