Windows 10: error code troubleshooting doesn't work? 0x80070424

Hello, my name is Michael.

I have a problem. I have tried troubleshooting my problem, but it doesn't work.

I clicked Start, and typed services.msc in the Start Search text area, and then clicked services.msc, but i did not find the Background Intelligent Transfer Service. All i wanted to do is buy minecraft for windows 10. I bought it and still could not download my product that i spent REAL on. Please help. If this turned out rude, i'm sorry, but i am just so infuriated that my game does not work even when i plug my LAN cable in.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
