    I couldn't Complete March 12, 2020—KB4551762 & April 14, 2020—KB4549951 Updates. I tried uninstalling all updates and Again update them. but it says "We couldn't complete update. Undoing changes."

    Hi Community,

    I have been getting the following issues after updating to March 12, 2020—KB4551762 (OS Builds 18362.720 and 18363.720):

    1. High RAM usage

    2. Random Black Screen (blank screen with no cursor)

    3. Halt of running processes.

    I get no option but to hard boot after that.

    Can you please look what the issue is?

    High CPU Usage After - March 12, 2020—KB4551762

    After installing the March 12, 2020—KB4551762 you might encounter high CPU Usage if you have Hyper-V Services enabled, an Easy fix is to go to Apps & Setting and uninstall reboot then reinstall the features this will flush the store cache procedure for rapid
    execution of app launch / service launch.

    NOTE: After Uninstalling and reinstall Hyper-V Features give it a few minutes to re-index in the system catalog & One more thing reboot once more if using App Guard Sandbox features, if not you will get an error.
