    I was playing Valorant when suddenly my game crashed and I got this error message. My graphics driver is up to date and I already donwloaded the newest DirectX version. I tried to fix this with severaI tutorials on Youtube but nothing worked. I already saw a few posts about this problem on the microsoft support page but I wasn´t able to find a solution for my problem. Please help me. I have a Intel i5 13600k, 32gb Ram, 500gb Nvme SSD and 1Tb Nvme SSD, Gigabyte z790 gaming x ax Motherboard. Error message: d3d11 compatible cpu feature level 11.0 shader model 5.0 is required to run this engine

    when i open valorant it says this-A D3D11-compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0) is required to run the engine.

    I have the same problem with windows 7 but my graphics card is by intel and i have diretx 11 and yes i checked so i do not know what the problem is and i have restarted my intel corei7 hp laptop and can not find a
    fix and this was the error: a d3d11 compatible gpu (Feature level 11.0,Shader model 5.0) is required to run the engine. ( in windows 7 )
