    delete current log files
    C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
    C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

    Run option 1 and post new log files

    I deleted the old logs.
    I just run Option 1 as you indicated. The result is below.

    Here are the new logs

    I find many sites with this issue, but no concrete solution. Can you please tell me what to do? Or can you direct me to site that shows stepy by step how this issue was successfully solved?

    adcjavas.inc
    that file is corrupt and the only one pulling the error
    I have unloaded the folder the file is in..
    extract the zip file and place the folder in winsxs folder

    or browse to the folder on your PC and replace the file inside

    then run option 1
    then run option 2

    Error DISM restorehealth

    I tried to copy the file, but I get the message "I need permission". When I tried to erase "adcjavas.inc" from Windows, I get the message "require permission from "TrustedInstaller".

    How can I replace this file with the one you sent me, with full permission?

    Through the use of winPE (in My sig below)
    create bootable media and boot your PC form that media
    then you will be able to copy the file or folder to your Host windows folder

    double click the ISO to mount it as a drive
    Copy all the file inside the ISO to a USB
    reboot your PC and go into your boot menu and select the USB as your boot device...

    Basically the same exact way you would create and boot Windows Setup media to do a clean install

    I would like to know why this file "adcjavas.inc" got corrupted. What are the possible reasons. I simply want to prevent it.
