Windows 10: Error Event ID 2505

Hey folks,Long time windows user, first time caller.I just built a new gaming PC and upgraded from windows 10 to 11. After completing the build/fresh install, I tried to put the computer to sleep, but it immediately woke back up. I checked the event viewer and saw this: The server could not bind to the transport \Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{A6D1E558-A3A6-417E-B8BE-DD0E68531342} because another computer on the network has the same name. Windows 10 and 11 Server Event ID 2505 with connection lost

Whenever the error occurs event 2505 the connection to the laptop is lost.

O servidor não conseguiu efetuar o enlace ao transporte \Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{73378626-AD35-4610-8443-5C0B42C652CA} porque existe outro computador na rede com o mesmo nome. O servidor não pode ser iniciado.





This error ocurs many time.

The event ID I see when it happens is 2505 "The server could not bind to the transport \Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{73378626-AD35-4610-8443-5C0B42C652CA}} because another computer on the network has the same name. The server could not start."

I couldn't find any fix. Any help?

In-order to get more clarity on this issue and to assist you with appropriate troubleshooting steps, reply with answers to the below questions:

1. Are you aware of any changes made on your PC, prior to this issue?
   
2. Is this issue specific while playing a particular game?
   
3. Which edition of Windows are you currently using?
   

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
Power Event ID 41 and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.

Additionally, you can refer the article on Windows
Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" in Windows
and check if that helps.

computer failed to boot - disk error event id 153 + 98

Hi, suggest you try Hard Disk Sentinel (trial) - gives a great quick analysis (SSDs too).

Please post the results.

Event ID 153:
This event may be an indication that the specified drive may be failing soon. This is especially true if the event is recorded regularly. The first step is to run the maintenance utilities related to hard drives, starting with CHKDSK and the utilities available from the manufacturer for that specific brand.
