Windows 10: Error event ID 56

Occasionally when I play a game or watch a video, sometimes even when I just browse the internet - Windows hangs. The only way to resume PC's work is to click holding not needed the power button on a pc block.After the boot, in the Event manager I see following errors from new to old:1. Are you still getting the event ID 56 error after the re-installation of the OS?

There are many Error 41 (Critical error) entries shown in the log.





This denotes that the last shutdown was not clean. Here's a case where replacing the power supply resolved the problem for a user.

So, it's most likely a PSU/hardware issue. Fixing the event log can take the backseat.

I get this error on every startup:

The description for Event ID 56 from source Application Popup cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

I read it was "power loading" so I tried setting it in BIOS (latest) to auto, enabled and disabled. None of those options resolved the error. I have a Gigabyte Aorus z690 Xtreme motherboard. 1000W power supply.
