Windows 10: Error - Gaming

Hi

I bought a new computer and installed a game I already had and played in my last computer, which also had windows 10, but now when I try to open the game it's pops error 0cx0000142, I already tried to change the compatibility mode but nothing happens, help please.

To download a game without this error, we suggest that you try resetting the Windows store with the following steps:

• Press Windows Key + R.
• Type, WSReset.exe, then hit enter.
