Windows 10: Error in Event log, Event ID 10016

So my laptop been crashing very often for last week, I never had the chance to take the photo of the blue screen, its lightning fast to restart.

I have seen this in my event log and wonder if it has anything to do with it. I have seen kernel errors, battery errors and this warning with DCOM too often. So first I thought it might be software related, so I have reinstalled windows using the built in function in recovery. First thing I checked was event log and there it was, the warning hasnt disappeared. So I downloaded windows on USB and wiped the drive, reinstalled it from the USB and again, the error is still there. Now I am not sure if the error is connected to the crashing of my system, but if it is, I can't find a solution, hope people here have had this issue and have experience with dealing with this stuff. A couple of solutions already existing were to use regedit to alter owner of the DCOM service and thn add some SYSTEM and Local Services to be able to activate locally, I followed the instructions and couldnt resolve the issue.

Event viewer error with event id 10016

• Do you face any issues on the computer?
  
• Have you made any recent changes to the computer?

This problem may occur if either of the following conditions is true:

• A program with the class ID (CLSID) that appears in the message tries to start the COM component by using the DCOM infrastructure. However, the user does not have the required permissions to start the COM component.

• The Network Service account does not have the correct permissions.

Event logs are special files that record significant events on your computer, such as when a user logs on to the computer or when a program encounters an error. Whenever these types of events occur, Windows records the event in
an event log that you can read by using Event Viewer. Advanced users might find the details in event logs helpful when troubleshooting problems with Windows and other programs.

If you do not have any issues with app or any other program I would suggest you to ignore it.

Event Viewer is a log, and like other computer logs, it records everything that happens, whether it is significant or not.
