Windows 10: Error installing KB4505658.

I have been tried to install this update for 1903 from 10 days ago, Every time i get the same error 0x80071a30. I have stopped and reinit all the services related to update, I have renamed and cleaned up the softwaredistribution folder.... run sfc /scannow give me errors not possible to solve and then i ran DISM to get a healthy Image, but when i ran it, ti gave an error 5 and Access denied. I dont know what to do more. How is this possible??. What happens with the poor average user who doesnt know anything?? has he to throw out his computer or pay an amazing quantity of money to fix it up?.

Has anyone on here an idea of what happens? how to fix it?.... Microsoft should take care of all this...but no....

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
