Windows 10: Error installing Windows .ISO : "second boot phase"

I'm trying to install the newest Windows .ISO so I can make the 2004 update back from May install correctly. I tried with regular Update and with Update Assistant, no luck, several times. And just tried with an .ISO re-install of Windows, got the error 0xC1900101 0x40017 "installation failed during the SECOND_BOOT phase due to an error during the BOOT operation."
I have plenty of disk space - and all my drivers are digitally signed correctly. Not sure what is causing this. Any advice?

I'm version 1909 still.

Windows 10 hangs at 96%, with ERROR 0x8007002C_0x4000D, Failed Second BOOT Phase w/ an ERROR during Migrate_DATA Operation.

I've tried all of the suggestions, for Installing Windows 10, the Community has offered, so far.

I have done all the suggestions EG clean boot and stopping

mi server. Spend many hours also uninstalling the old programs. No success. Now

I received the following message.

Installation failed in the second Boot phase with an error during Boot operation.

Further more as suggested I updated the Nividia driver and removed all USB devices, No success?

Could it be because my Windows 7 was updated to 7pro?

I finally have had enough I reinstalled about 15 times. When windows 7 it worked perfectly well..

Unable to upgrade from windows 8 to 10. After an unsuccessful attempt to upgrade to windows 10 from 8, I was rolled-back to Win 8. How do I fix the error: "0xc1900101- ox40017- the installation failed in the second boot phase with an error during boot operation"?
