Windows 10: error is 0x8007001f

I can't install anything from xbox game pass,I have tried a thousand things to try to fix it, but nothing has worked, the error is 0x8007001f.

I followed the steps but I got the same error message as I got when I tried the suggestion of DaveM121 -- 0x8007001F-0x20006

The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during the REPLICATE_OC operation.

 

I can not update to windows creators (error code 0x8007001f)
