Windows 10: Error! It looks like we've temporarily run out of gift codes for Minecraft for Windows 10....

I have only 19 more days to claim my free code. Suspicious that they are out of a digital code there shouldn't be a supply issue. Is this is a way to avoid giving me what I already paid for? I see lots of people have had this issue since November. It was supposedly fix in January. It is not actually fixed. this is very disappointing. there are no live agents to speak to right now, most likely due to coronavirus.

Minecraft Windows 10 code not generating

I am having a problem with claiming my gift code from the mojang website for windows 10 minecraft, whenever I press "Claim my free copy" I get a message saying "error! It looks like we've temporarily run out of gift codes for Minecraft for Windows 10. Don't
worry though, more codes should be on their way. Please check back later!" I have been a java edition player since 2013, and I really want to play minecraft through cross play with my friends on xbox, does anyone know a way to fix this issue?

I have owned Minecraft java edition since 2015 and I am looking to get the windows 10 version. I did not get it sooner as I had no need for it. Now that cross-play is across all platforms, I would love to play with friends. I have gone to the Mojang page
and clicked the redeem code for windows 10 version. It says: Error! It looks like we've temporarily run out of gift codes for Minecraft for Windows 10. Don't worry though, more codes should
be on their way. Please check back later! If anyone could help that would be great. Please help.

I bought Minecraft: Java Edition during a period of time when Minecraft for Windows 10 was included for free and so i have a right to redeem a code for it.However
every time i try to do so the message, "Error! It looks like we've temporarily run out of gift codes for Minecraft for Windows 10. Don't worry though, more codes should be
on their way. Please check back later!" pops up so i waited and have been regularly checking so see if they have restocked codes however after a few weeks i have re sieved none.i wondered if this was a bug and if there is any way to get a code soon,thanks.
