Windows 10: Error Message 0x80070006-0x90017 While Making Boot Drive

I was recently trying to create a boot drive so that I could load a copy of windows on my new PC, but the Media Creation Tool told me multiple times that it was having a problem running, It gave me the error message 0x80070006-0x90017. Does anyone have any solutions?

Error code 0x80070006 - 0x90017 while upgrading Windows 10 with Media Creation Tool

Hello. I was upgrading one of my computers from the November Update to the April 2018 Update using the Media Creation Tool. I select all my setting and such, then I get the error.

I have noticed Windows Update giving the same error. After running the Windows Update Troubleshooter, Windows Update now gives a 0xc1900130 code; MCT still gives the aforementioned 0x80070006 - 0x90017 code.

Wiped Hard Drive Can't Boot Vista

I did try every possible boot order and even with deactivated options, which I don't even know how or if that is helpful. I will try the Vista possibilities. The OS was listed in the BIOS, whatever that means, and it said it was a factory version, which I think is a good thing.

The PXE error messages may have occurred when I activated the network adapter and tried that in the boot order. Obviously, I am in way over my head. Thanks for the suggestions!
