Windows 10: Error message 0x8024a105 when trying to scan for Windows Update

Hello,

I started to get warnings about windows updates and that my device "is missing important security and quality fixes". I try to scan for updates but I constantly get error 0x8024a105. I found some methods online and tried them out, but no luck:

Method 1: I did the throubleshoot. It return that a problem was found and a message "Check for Windows Update issues". After that nothing changes.
Method 2: I launched Command Promtadmin and inputed these commands:

net stop wuauserv

net stop cryptSvc

net stop bits was not even running

net stop msiserver

ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old I got "permission denied"

ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old I got "permission denied"

net start wuauserv was running even though it was stopped previously

net start cryptSvc

net start bits

net start msiserver

Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance !

Windows 10 KB4088776 Updates Error 0x8024a105

When i try to install Window 10 update KB4088776 March i keep getting errors.

I went onto Microsoft website who suggested that i uninstall KB4056892 January 2018 then install KB4088776 March 2018 which i did. But it keeps saying needs Restart. I restarted the Laptop then it says looking for updates and tries to install KB4088776
March 2018 then gives error message 0x8024a105

I have red through a few forums but can't seem to find a solution. Is there a solution to this error?
