Windows 10: Error Message 0x803F8001

I just bought a brand new computer. I have an app purchased called Magic Jigsaw Puzzles however, when I try to launch this app I receive the following error message: "Magic Jigsaw Puzzles is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"I have signed in and out of the Windwos Store. I have reset the Windows Store. I have restarted the computer. I have reset the Magic Jigsaw Puzzles App. I have deleted Magic Jigsaw Puzzles and reloaded it. I need help restoring the functionality of t
